From prototyping to production fixtures, our engineers apply our 3D printing capabilities to bring concepts to life in a few hours. We use our Formlabs 4 SLA printer with a selection of materials for various applications.
Engineering Support
Our team of mechanical design engineers and experienced toolmakers can assist customers with engineering design and modeling. We possess multiple seats to Mastercam and SolidWorks to support these efforts.
Precision Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting partners offer quick turnaround times while maintaining stellar quality, allowing us to expedite both the iterations of development projects and high volume production runs.
Complex Turning
We have turning capabilities for complex parts that require multi-axial milling and drilling. We can accommodate all mill-turn and swiss-machine style products with both precision and repeatability.

Our heat treatment partners support our production by providing in-process annealing. These partners are equipped to handle a variety of materials and provide any certification needed. These quick turnarounds allow us to reach deadlines per customer requirement.
