Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description: As a Quality Inspector, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our production meets the strict quality requirements defined by customers. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control and inspection procedures, conducting first-article inspections, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with production teams to address quality issues. Your attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001, and ability to drive quality initiatives will be essential in upholding our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure adherence to blueprints and strict quality requirements.
  2. Perform, validate, and report first article inspections.
  3. Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and collaborate with all interested parties to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Generate inspection reports, and documentation, and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
  5. Monitor and maintain the quality management system processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, such as AS9100, ISO9001, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Experience in using measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadow boards, and manual CMM equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic (Aerospace Industry)

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. The Sheet Metal Mechanic will be responsible for fabricating and troubleshooting sheet metal parts as well as setting up various production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal work, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Fabricate sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  2. Perform layout, cutting, bending, shaping, and forming of sheet metal using various tools and equipment.
  3. Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
  4. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure precise fit and function of sheet metal parts.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to aerospace industry quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sheet metal, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to inspect parts accurately to specifications
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal materials, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and quality craftsmanship.
